PetMorph ("we" or "us") takes your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register an account, we collect your email address, username and other basic information.
Uploaded Photos
Your uploaded pet photos are used only for AI generation and are temporarily uploaded to Kie.ai for processing. Kie.ai's current retention policy applies to uploaded files, generated media, and task metadata. We do not permanently store your original photos on our servers.
Generated Content
Generated results may be stored temporarily so downloads and account history can work. Download any result you want to keep and use the available deletion controls when needed.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information.
Usage Data
We collect cookies, IP addresses and device information to improve service experience.
2. How We Use Your Information

Completely deleted within 30 days after account closure

Data is stored on cloud servers in the US and Singapore (Supabase)
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following trusted third-party services:
AI Service Provider - Kie.ai
Used to fulfill image-generation requests. Their current data-handling terms also apply, so do not upload sensitive images.
Payment Processing - Stripe
Securely processes payments. We do not store complete credit card information.
Data Storage - Supabase
Used for secure storage of user data and generated results.
Website Analytics - Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
Used only after you accept optional cookies to understand website usage, session interactions, and purchase attribution. These services may process cookies, device and referral information, an anonymous account ID, and purchase events. We do not send your email, payment card details, or uploaded photos to these analytics services.
Advertising - Google AdSense
Loaded only after you accept optional cookies to display, measure, and manage advertising. Google may process cookies and device information for ad delivery and personalization. We do not send your uploaded photos or payment card details to Google AdSense.
5. Your Rights
Under data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have the following rights:
- View your personal data we hold
- Request deletion of all your data
- Export a copy of your data
- Withdraw consent (e.g., unsubscribe from emails)
- Correct inaccurate information

6. Data Security
We take the following measures to protect your data:
- Encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
- Automatically remove geolocation and other metadata from photos
- Automatic periodic deletion of expired data
- Strict access controls and employee training

Our services are for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 13, please use under parental or guardian supervision.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or website announcement.
