PetMorph ("we" or "us") takes your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register an account, we collect your email address, username and other basic information.
Uploaded Photos
Your uploaded pet photos are used only for AI generation services, temporarily transmitted to our AI service provider (Fal.ai) during processing. We do not permanently store your original photos on our servers.
Generated Content
AI-generated images are kept on our servers for 7 days, then automatically deleted. You can download them anytime during this period or delete them manually.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through Creem. We do not store your complete credit card information.
Usage Data
We collect cookies, IP addresses and device information to improve service experience.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Storage and Deletion

Original Photos
Not stored, only temporarily transmitted to AI service provider during generation
Generated Results
Kept for 7 days, you can download or manually delete anytime
Account Data
Completely deleted within 30 days after account closure
Storage Location
Data is stored on cloud servers in the US and Singapore (Supabase)
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following trusted third-party services:
AI Service Provider - Replicate / FAL
Used for image generation processing. These providers do not retain your data for model training.
Payment Processing - Creem
Securely processes payments. We do not store complete credit card information.
Data Storage - Supabase
Used for secure storage of user data and generated results.
5. Your Rights
Under data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have the following rights:
- View your personal data we hold
- Request deletion of all your data
- Export a copy of your data
- Withdraw consent (e.g., unsubscribe from emails)
- Correct inaccurate information

6. Data Security
We take the following measures to protect your data:
- End-to-end encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Automatically remove geolocation and other metadata from photos
- Automatic periodic deletion of expired data
- Strict access controls and employee training
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 13, please use under parental or guardian supervision.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or website announcement.
