1. Service Description
- PetMorph provides AI-based pet photo transformation services, converting your pet photos into different styles of human portraits.
- We use a credit-based payment model. You can purchase credit packages to use our services.
2. Credit Rules

Credit Usage
- Each generation consumes 10 credits (standard quality)
- Credits automatically refunded when generation fails
- Credits are non-transferable and non-cashable
3. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by package type. Please read carefully:
❌ Non-Refundable Items
- 🐣 Starter Pack ($0.99): No refunds as this is a one-time special offer package
- Fully used credit packages (credit balance is 0)
✅ Refundable Items
⭐ Standard Pack ($9.99) and 💎 Pro Pack ($29.99)
Conditions: Within 7 days of purchase and has remaining credits
💰 Refund Amount = Purchase Price × (Remaining Credits ÷ Total Credits)
Example: Purchase Standard Pack $9.99 (500 credits), used 100 credits, refund = $9.99 × (400÷500) = $7.99
Limit: Maximum 2 refunds per user within 30 days
Fee: Payment gateway fee (approx. 3%) borne by user
📝 Refund Process
- 1. Send refund request email to mrliang9808@gmail.com
- 2. Provide order number and purchase receipt
- 3. We will review within 1-2 business days
- 4. Refund will be processed to original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval
4. Copyright Statement
✅Generated photos are owned by users
✅Users can use freely (including commercial use)
❌Users must ensure they have legal rights to uploaded photos
❌Platform is not responsible for copyright disputes over AI-generated results
5. Service Restrictions
Prohibited Actions
- Uploading illegal/infringing content
- Malicious mass generation
- Abusing refund policy
- Attempting reverse engineering or cracking the service
Service availability target is 99%, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime
6. Disclaimer
- AI generation results have inherent uncertainty, we do not guarantee perfect results every time
- Service interruptions caused by third-party API failures
- We strive to ensure service quality but make no guarantees about accuracy or suitability of generated content
7. Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time. After deletion, your data will be completely removed within 30 days.
If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
8. Terms Changes
We may update these terms of service from time to time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
9. Dispute Resolution
We value every user and commit to resolving disputes through friendly negotiation first. For small disputes, we'll process refunds or compensation quickly. If legal action is necessary, disputes will be handled according to the laws of your jurisdiction or through mutually agreed methods.
